GIFT GUIDELINES

• The ideal donation would include an outfit (pants & shirt), shoes (if possible) and a fun gift from the wish list. If there are suggestions on their wish list, you can just pick one. They know there is a $30 limit.
• Suggested amount is $125 per child. Please be sure that all children are treated equally.
• Please provide new items. Provide the correct size for clothing and shoes.
• Please provide a gift receipt for clothes and shoes. If buying online, a gift receipt is necessary for exchanges/returns.
• Parents do not receive personal gifts, but please provide gift cards so that they may purchase essentials, as well as selecting from their wish list of household items. Suggested total parent budget is $125.

PTA REMINDERS

• Gift Receipts: It is SO important to include a gift receipt for the family. And if it is an online purchase, a GIFT RECEIPT is essential, otherwise the return will go back to the donor and the family in need gets nothing.
• Gift Cards:
  • We promise each family some gift cards for groceries or family needs.
  • Write the dollar amount on the GCs please.
• Treat each child equally. Be mindful of the wish list.
• Confidentiality. NO last names on any part of gift or pictures/cards on gift receipts.
• Deadline: It's super helpful for schools to deliver their donations to the workroom early -- by December 5th if possible.
